I stopped in for an early dinner. I had the white hibiscus pizza. It was light, the of flavors of garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, tomatoes, along with balsamic vinegar glaze and ricotta cheese all paired very well. The pizza dough was thin and crispy; not burnt which was awesome. The service was excellent and attentive, yet not over bearing. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable but it is an old building it can echo. Overall an awesome experience.

Really good pizza place that my friend referred to me! Super fresh ingredients and the crust is very light which I enjoyed. Service was quick and easy. They have many options and it’s a super cool and chill place with cool interior!

We went here to taste the Pizza after seeing high ratings. The Pizza was excellent and yummy. There are options for topping but not a traditional way of pizza with preset toppings. I feel it's too expensive and a 16" is priced at$17 whereas the small 10" Pizza is priced at $14;, which is only for the Crust ... Then we need to add Toppings to that. That major toppings cost $2.99 extra for a small 10" pizza. The major toppings included the ham or other stuff. Since we are vegetarian, we added the Mushroom. Other toppings cost $1.99 each and we added the Pineapple and Black Olives. The taste is really good except for the high price. It's not worth for regular visits. There is no Parking available. Only street parking and it's sometimes available only late in the evening. There are two paid parking close by. The service was not so good unfortunately. We asked for warm water but the server even did you provide that. She just served room temperature water saying this is what they have. Overall, to concluse, food was good and tasty but parking availability is a minus and highly expensive food here.

Absolutely LOOOVE this restaurant!! All of the servers are so nice, and they’re so quick with service!! The pizza is phenomenal, I may be addicted to the White Hibiscus lol (pro tip- sub the spinach for basil and it’s like a caprese salad on a pizza!) My husband, toddler, and I come here once a week for dinner and always try to order something different each time. My ONLY complaint is they should stop putting a raw egg in the espresso martinis…. It makes it taste like straight up egg and to be honest totally ruins the drink. I get that they do it to make it frothy, but it’s actually just ew and doesn’t add anything positive.

After 4 long years we have returned back to Florida!! And our first stop had to be Backdraughts!! George and Pam are still running a 5 star restaurant!! Pizza was even better than I had remember and glad to still see Kyle slinging the dough!! If you haven’t ever tried the Whote Hibiscus with chicken and bacon…. OMG!!

If you are looking for a good pizza place in Tarpon Springs or the Pinellas County Area, this is the right place. Amazing Pizza options and delicious fries and wings available here. Plenty of seating outside and inside and in a great location in Downtown Tarpon Springs. We enjoyed our food and would come back again.
